These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of awwfisaf.com and any purchase made through it. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & Email Verification

To buy or add products to your cart, you must create an account and verify your email address using the one-time code we send you. This helps us keep AwwFis AF a genuine, spam-free store for real customers. You’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is placed. Product colours may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm the contract of sale once your payment is successfully processed. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — and will refund any payment already made. You may also cancel your own order within 5 hours of placing it via My Account → My Orders, provided it has not yet shipped.

4. Custom / Personalised Tees

Custom Tee orders are made specifically for you based on the design you upload. Because of this, custom or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has started, and are non-returnable except in case of a defect or printing error on our part.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site are owned by AwwFis AF or our design partners and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission. “AwwFis AF” and our logo are the subject of a pending trademark application (Application No. 7778198, Class 25) before the Trade Marks Registry, India.

6. Limitation of Liability

AwwFis AF is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

8. Business Details & Grievance Officer

AwwFis AF is a proprietary concern owned by Soni Tyagi, registered under Udyam (MSME) Registration No. UDYAM-DL-02-0117343.

Registered address: C-295, DDA LIG Flats, East of Loni Road, Shahdara, East Delhi, Delhi – 110093, India.

For any grievance or complaint, contact our Grievance Officer, Soni Tyagi, at chaos@awwfisaf.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
