Why do I need to create an account and verify my email to buy something?

It keeps AwwFis AF a genuine store for real customers, not bots or spam orders. After you register, we email you a 6-digit code — enter it once on the site and you’re free to shop, no further verification needed.

I didn’t get my verification code. What do I do?

Check your spam/promotions folder first. If it’s still missing, use the “Resend Code” link on the verification screen, or email chaos@awwfisaf.com.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Email us at chaos@awwfisaf.com as soon as possible — we can usually make changes before an order ships, but not after.

Sizing

What size should I order?

Check the size chart on every product page — it has exact chest, length, and shoulder measurements for both Men’s and Women’s fits. Our tees are Regular Fit. See our full Size Guide.

Do you offer XXL?

Yes — Men’s tees are available up to XXL. Women’s tees currently go up to XL.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 3–5 business days via Delhivery, pan-India, and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after that. See our Shipping Policy.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, on every order, with no minimum spend.

Returns & Payments

Can I return or exchange a tee?

Yes — within 7 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and has its tags intact. Custom / personalised tees can’t be returned. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cards, netbanking, and UPI via PayU, a direct UPI QR code option, and Cash on Delivery at checkout.

Custom Tees & Bulk Orders

Can I design my own tee?

Yes — use our Custom Tee builder to upload your own design, starting at ₹799.

Do you do bulk or corporate orders?

We do — for team merch or event orders, email chaos@awwfisaf.com with your quantity and design, and we’ll send a quote.
